• Involvement in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Proven misuse of bonuses.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.

You may also contact our customer support team at any time to request account closure. Any verified balance will be returned after the account is closed.

10. Dispute Resolution & Contact

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. We resolve most issues within 48 hours.

• A formal complaint must be submitted within 30 days of the date the dispute is raised.
• The decision of 999 BDT authority shall be considered final in the resolution of all disputes.
